Privacy Policy

Account information. Name, business name, email address and billing details you provide when registering.

Amazon selling data. When you authorize our application through Amazon, we retrieve: catalog and listing content (ASIN, SKU, title, bullets, images, category, pricing), inventory levels, order aggregates (order totals, quantities, dates, marketplace), Buy Box and offer status, search-term and advertising performance reports, and account health signals.

Personally identifiable information (PII). We do not request buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or email addresses, and we do not store buyer PII. If an API response contains PII, it is discarded in memory and never written to our database.

Usage data. Log records of sign-ins, audits run and feature use, for security and support.

Solely to provide the service you signed up for: generating listing, pricing, Buy Box, keyword and advertising audits; producing recommendations; showing dashboards and reports; and, where you explicitly approve an action, submitting the corresponding update back to Amazon on your behalf.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use one seller’s data to benefit another seller. Aggregated, fully anonymized statistics may be used to improve our models; these can never be traced back to a seller or ASIN.

Data is stored in access-controlled cloud databases hosted in the United States. All traffic uses TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS). Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using keys held separately from the database, and access tokens are short-lived and held only in memory.

Amazon Information is retained no longer than 30 days after order delivery unless required for tax, legal or accounting purposes, and in that case it is archived in encrypted storage. Audit results and recommendations are retained for the life of your account.

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service — cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and our payment processor (Stripe) for billing. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

If you purchase a done-for-you task, only the specific listing details needed for that task are shared with the assigned Nu Dawn Partners LLC specialist, under written confidentiality obligations.

We disclose information to authorities only where legally compelled.

You may disconnect Amazon at any time from Settings, which immediately deletes the stored refresh token and stops all data retrieval. You can also revoke authorization in Seller Central under Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.

To delete your account and all associated data, email contact@nudawnecom.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). Contact us at contact@nudawnecom.com and we will respond within the statutory period.

Least-privilege API roles, role-based access control, row-level database isolation between customers, encrypted secrets management, multi-factor authentication for staff, logging of all access to Amazon Information, and a documented incident-response process. Suspected breaches affecting Amazon Information are reported to Amazon within 24 hours of discovery.

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
