Terms of Service

AmzGrowthBot is subscription software that reads your Amazon selling data, with your authorization, and produces audits and recommendations. Optional fixed-price specialist tasks may be purchased separately.

You must own or be authorized to administer the Amazon selling account you connect. Authorization is granted through Amazon’s official OAuth consent flow; we never ask for your Amazon password. You may revoke access at any time in our Settings page or in Seller Central.

You remain responsible for compliance with Amazon’s policies for your account. We are an independent software provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

Plans and prices are listed publicly on our pricing section. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. The free trial requires no card and converts only if you choose a paid plan.

You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. One-time specialist tasks are charged when ordered and are refundable before work begins.

You agree not to use the service to access data you are not authorized to access, to scrape or resell Amazon data, to reverse engineer the service, or to violate any applicable law or Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Audit outputs are informational. You decide whether to apply any change, and results vary by catalog, category and market conditions. We make no guarantee of specific sales, ranking or advertising outcomes.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
